I404 was purchased by new owners in August 2017 and has just been fully renovated and freshly re-decorated with all new furniture inside and outside, new Acacia wood floors in the master and second bedrooms, brand new decor and art work, new televisions and electronics, kitchen goods, bed and bath linens, and much much more!

Situated on the 4th floor of the penthouse/tower building of the Wailea Beach Villas Resort, Modern Maui welcomes you with all new furnishings and decor. This fourth floor "penthouse" has approximately 2,300 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From I404 there are expansive west-facing views of the Pacific Ocean, Wailea Beach and Maui's famous sunsets. The ocean views are more dramatic and bigger and broader than we can possibly show via photos in this web display.
I404 has two bedrooms with king beds in each, as well as a separate den room with a Full size sofa (58" x 73.5") bed that is located off the great room. There are a total of three sleeping spaces for up to six guests. I404 has two full bathrooms, the master with tub and separate shower, and the guest bathroom with shower.
Each bedroom as well as the Great Room in I404 has an over-sized flat panel UHD TV, digital cable box, Blu-ray player, and an iPod dock with alarm clock and radio. At I404, all televisions are wall mounted with hidden cables through the walls, and in every room there are full HD cable subscriptions and unlimited NETFLIX movies - all fully complimentary.
With confidence we can boast that you likely may not want to go anywhere during your holiday, if other than to lounge day and night on the ocean view private terrace, from where you can whale watch during winter season, star gaze at night, and otherwise be entertained by mother nature`s soul-stirring and ever-changing hues of blue in both sea and sky.
